Friendly instructors who offer alternatives when someone has an injury or is returning from surgery. Good variety of high energy and low impact classes, yoga, strength training, cardio. Variety of times throughout the day to attend classes. Facility is kept clean and in good shape.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The activities are fun and the instructors are happy and motivating. Always when I phone someone answers right away or responds quickly when I leave a vm.
There are 3 parking spots for disabled drivers. The facility is very clean. All staff are friendly and helpful
