The Aquafit instructors are excellent
Classes are varied, working different muscles, joints and stances.
I’ve been to classes in Guelph and Milton and these are the best.
The instructors are amazing.

Currently going to this facility for Cardiac Rehab, prior to this I found pricing was extremely high for what is being offered. And being a Y felt that the facilities should be available 24 hrs a day, as a good number of persons in this area work shift work.
I love your programs, especially Pickleball for myself. My husband is not quite as mobile, but he comes along and walks the track. There is some form of exercise that would be suitable for most people. And your staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. Just makes you feel better for having a day at the YMCA.
