Flexible times for each of my interests…walking track, equipment room, lane swims.
I especially like the fact that I can renew my membership every 2 weeks; otherwise I would not be able to join!

We like to use the pool most days. Many other activities available. - in and out of the water! Swim lessons for all ages.
Good atmosphere and good equipment. Seems like a friendly enough place, but I am a bit new to it. So far I am happy with it.
The staff are always ready to help. The activities are discussed with the participants to make sure the activities are acceptable to the exercises the member has in mind

I just do the aquafit and enjoy it ,but what I don't like is the water is not always warm.
i don't like the teachers in the water as you cannot see what they are doing, they tell you but if you have trouble hearing you don't know what they are saying.
Are you short on teachers?
Enjoy the aquafit. It really helps anyone with joint problems to exercise without hurting. I also enjoy the chair fitness classes. It compliments the water exercises and the timing of the two classes works well into my schedule.
I use the pool only.

The weight room has a good variety of machines to challenge us and after, the steam room is the way to end the visit.

Change room have a steam room. The sauna at the pool is probably my favorite. However, I wish that there was more open swim instead of just swim.
My family and I love the YMCA. The staff is great! Always friendly and helpful! Swim lessons are fantastic! I just wish they opened earlier!

The instructor , Cathy , is wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Personality wise and instructing wise. It is a shame Cathy has retired. Totally understandable though.
