I love the pool when it is not cold. Need that regulated.

We went to use the gyms and fitness centre. Both were excellent, very clean, and well managed. We had never been to a YMCA before and were met at the desk by Jonathan. I was very impressed with this young man. He sold us on the membership and explained all the benefits. He has a great demeanor and seemed to know all of the clientele there. We are not from Chatham, but will definitely be back when we are there for the summer again.
Everyone in Chatham is wonderful. The instructors are great. The are good with children.... awesome

I enjoy the ability to set my own program in the gym and come at a very early hour. I also appreciate how clean our Y is kept.
Enjoy the aqua - if a little low key. Friendly, helpful staff at the Y and I appreciate the tidy changing rooms - if a little cool!

The activities that I want to go to are in the morning when I want them. Helen Allin on the front desk is just wonderful. She greets everyone when they come in and she knows so many people by name. Keep up the good work, Helen.
I am so pleased that they were able to keep up the water aquatics up in the small pool. I need the water for my arthritis.
Shannon does a wonderful job every week with the chair fit.
The cleaning lady does a wonderful job as well. When I lost my lock in the change room John came to my assistance and helped me. Now he knows me by name. A vey friendly man.
I think the Y has done a great job with all the problems they have gone through.

I like how the staff are welcoming to my child at Summer camp always quick to greet us makes him feel welcomed and not as shy

Plenty of choices, always clean including change rooms, showers, sauna is fabulous, helpful staff, no overcrowding. Superb facility.

I only go for aquafit right now because that's all my ride does.
