I love the child care and it’s free with the membership. My daughter 2 years old loves it and is teaching her social skills. It’s refreshing for both of us.
I have been a member for 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly and caring. Many staff come and go especially in the childrens programs and it never fails always have quality programs and positive environment for the kids.

Love the Aqua Fit , Chair Fit and the programs designed for me in the gym. Every class is geared you ones ability. The staff are so friendly and always helpful.
You are greeted with a friendly face when you come in the door.
Please set the swim lessons back to skill levels. Age groups make no sense. My 5y/o joined the 7/8 group this weekend and finally felt like she was swimming with people at her skill level. She's driven by the challenge of levelling up.

Aquafit is my favorite program. I enjoy it daily. I also love the weight room and the freedom to choose which one I want yo use and for how long.
My daughter is enjoying her swim class. Such great friendly staff. A great comeback from our first experience. I'm very happy I choose the Y St. Thomas. I'm also greatful that the child minding option was available to distract my younger while his sister went swimming
I enjoy the why because it brought not only health and wellness but my family together again there are so many activities and opportunities that the Y offers from my son playing basketball with friends to my husband training for work being a member of the Y has given me the strength after many surgeries to get my life back that is priceless
I was extremely happy with our 1st swim lesson, my daughter was very nervous and her instructor took the time to encourage her and help her build confidence in the water my daughter is now very excited to continue with swim lessons. I was extremely happy with the fast pace that the instructor did and helped with many skills within a 30 minute swim lesson.
Yoga! I wish there were more classes! I also wish the Yoga class & aqua class on Tuesday would work so we could do both!! If you are from out of town, it's nice to do 2 classes in a day. Gas is very expensive 🥴
So many swim times available. Yeah!!!!
