I love the aquafit program and how it allows for all levels of abilities. It doesn't discriminate regardless of gender or age. You work at your own pace and everyone is welcome! I also love the gym where you can work at your own pace, or you can get help with all of the equipment. I am not a social type all of the time so I can choose which area I want to be in that day and it is designed to be available for each persons personal choices. The staff is always friendly in all areas so for me this is the perfect choice

The YMCA offers so much variety in their programs and activities. Its nice to have lots of options.
Friendly staff feels like safe environment
I have enrolled my grandson in programs at the st thomas arena and at the Y. I find that the y is vastly superior in the presentation of their programs and the security is much appreciated.

Swimming is all I do-I do think that during lap swim times, if it’s busy, and there are no people in the shallow end, that the dividing rope should be taken up so more lanes are available

Aquafit. It would be nice to have a 3rd class for 11:15. I fully understand it cannot be done. Due to either I instructors or lifeguards.

So far I have only used the Yoga and Aquafit classes. I find the instructors very knowledgeable, dependable and simply lovely staff members. I also find the schedule times works well for my lifestyle.

Open swim is what we enjoy the most! Would be nice to see more open swim times and longer time periods
