Aqua fit sessions. I also enjoy the varied styles each instructor beings as he or she leads the session.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Gym and locker rooms are very clean. Plenty of machines to work out on. Gym hours are good.

My son became an incomplete quadriplegic last summer due to an accident.
The Universal change room's primary Handicap Accessible change room includes a ceiling lift & hydraulic change table (there is also a shower area within the accessible change room and a toilet which the ceiling lift can access too).
The Y provides use of a plastic wheelchair which I can use the ceiling lift to transfer him into & then roll down the pool ramp into the water to do therapy which otherwise would not be possible.
I have created head / leg flotation devices based on his needs which we use along with the available typical flotation devices to create his own unique safe supported movements.
The staff from *pool director to *life guards to *facility director to *front desk & an amazing *cleaning lady (who will watch out for us to assist with the handicap change room not being held up when he needs it by persons who don't seem to recognize it is for handicap persons) have all been wonderful! I like that my husband and I can go to a class and there are child care options for my 4, 6 & 8 year olds.
The facility is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.
The Y is a regular part of our week and we are better for it.

I like that you have classes & instruction appropriate to seniors. Beautiful bright clean facility. However individual showers ridiculously tight/small.
I like your swimming pools!
Programs are very organized. Staff are efficient and very helpful. There is lot of activities for kids in this YMCA, that is why I like star tech. The building itself is beautifully structured and is huge. Kids get inspired and it fills them up with a spirit of sportsmanship.
