I have a gym membership elsewhere, so only purchase aquatic passes. The pool is great. The classes are great. Worth buying the pass for just aquatics.

I very much enjoy the programs offered at Y ,the social interactions with ladies of different ages.
It was a pleasure to participate in the fill the bus group this evening.

It's a good pool, with an adequate number of adult lane swimming times. And the staff at the counter are a pleasure to deal with.
Convenient parking, clean facilities and walking track is good for inclement weather.
I like the variety of the fitness classes and my children enjoy the programs too
Clean and sanitary
I swim lengths 3 - 4 times per week (Mile each time), so very much enjoy the 25 Meter pool and its swimming lanes/competitive lane markers . . . .and life guards especially!!! I am 63 years old and that is major reason (Safety) I did not go back to MOVATI when it reopened as DAMIAN WARNER Health Club. Very well run and the life guards are wonderful. If there is one minor complaint, it is that you change times for lane swimming without much notice. I guess I have to get into the habit of checking your facebook at end of each month. Swim early mornings. I also like the fact that you have pay as you use for swimming only. This is the only part of the facility I use - so appreciate that it keeps my fees down - even though much more than Movati/Damian Warner.
Good instructors. I wish there were more 8 am classes of aquafit.

The pool is lovely to swim in. I miss it during the summer due to campers using it in the daytime. London really really needs more pools, big pools , multi use pools. The government wants to keep us healthy but not enough pools , otherwise so many more would go and swim, me included. We will gladly pay to swim every day if we could.
The showers though are more for kids, short term use, not for washing hair etc, the water temperature comes on and stays hot, too hot.. it just needs to be warm .. for pool swimming. The shower stalls are small for bigger folks.
Lots of lockers, with locks is appreciated .

The only activity I participate in is Aquafit. The class is great and the instructors are also great!

Excellent aqua fit classes. However way too many people in the class. You really need to continue with 8 am classes to reduce class size.
Bathing suit spinner needs fixing.
Why are there so many lockers that are not available.

You're allowed to use passes. Can't afford membership, but I can do some passes. We love the pools!

Punctuality in classes with excellent teachers, good machines, all clean areas, customer service is very good
Altho there is a shortage of aqua fit instructors at the moment, I have found the instructors you do have to be excellent.
I hope things will get back to normal with a full slate of aqua fit classes.
The Y did respond to the complaint about the showers and there is now no problem. The showers are hot again.

I like the aerobics classes set to music. Each offers an excellent workout but they’re fun. I love how clean and well kept this Y is and the variety of programs available.
I love the Aqua-fit and the enthusiastic, high-energy instructor!
The Instructors are well trained and very friendly. Good choice of Programs.
