Wir sind etwas erstaunt, dass der Pneu nach so kurzer Zeit mit wenigen Kilometern ausgetauscht werden musste, und dass dies nicht auf Kulanz erfolgte.

Das gekaufte Gravel-Bike ist qualitativ super und entspricht meinen Vorstellungen und Wünschen. Die Beratung war umfassend, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Ich konnte die Fahrräder der „engeren Auswahl“ probefahren und meinen Kaufwunsch entsprechend fällen.
