Es wurde uns der Liefertermin mitgeteilt mit dem Hinweis, dass wegen Ferien es etwas länger dauern kann. Das finde ich Fair und Ehrlich.
Nach der Übergabe der Velo, war es kein Problem die nötigen Einstellungen zu machen. Ich bekam sogar ein Ersatzvelo.
Das System mit SMS und Mail, Auftrag erledigt, hat mir gut gefallen.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und freuen uns, dass wir in Zukunft die Velo zur Reparatur und Service bei Burkhardt bringen können. Wertes Team, weiter so
