Mal is our technician, he is on time every time and is very thorough. He knows his job extremely well and is a great communicator. We’ve used Arrow for our pest and termite needs since we moved here.

Mal Kelly is awesome. Professional, friendly, takes his time asking questions and looking for areas to treat. He isn’t just hazarderly spraying chemicals. I would prefer if Mal is the tech that comes out all of the time.
