I have had service with knockout and then arrow once they were bought out for years and our same service tech -Rick - has always been wonderful and since Rick was out and we got to meet Chris for the last service... I liked him just as well , as he was so professional and very kind. He wore booties in the house to not get the house dirty and was very gracious with my bad barking dogs as well as my crazy toddler running around... I don't mind letting these technicians in my home because they're always wonderful.
