Jillian is an amazing hairdresser with a very kind and nurturing personality . I have never been that pampered or treated with such respect. She offered great solutions and made by baby fine hair dried out hair transform into her hands to look healthy and stylish. Never had a bad experience at natural alternatives but she is a true gem.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

The salon is relaxing with a friendly staff. I am an older stately lady with long naturally wavy/curly hair that has grayed some. In the 60's I rocked my long beautiful hair. Fast forward I am rocking it again. Alexa is awesome with my hair type. She has wonderful suggestions and does an excellent job with my hair. I am very particular with my hair and she checks all the cuts and takes her time making sure it is even. After 72 years of hair stylists I can say I have seen just about every style come and go again and again. I have lived "the 60's" twice. Alexa will not disappoint.

The inviting atmosphere and the helpful staff. I feel very comfortable in this establishment and I love what their products and company stand for. Kristen is an awesome stylist and very friendly.

The front staff was very courteous and asked about whether I would like some hot tea or water as soon as she checked me in. Emily is now like family and it’s so nice getting caught up with holidays.
