Haley was absolutely amazing! My 6 yr old talked about her the entire drive home and told me that she loved how Haley talked to her and listened to her. The last hair salon (a different place in Knoxville) I toon her to the guy cutting her hair talked about adult things in front of her. His relationship, etc. It was extremely uncomfortable for me and thankfully she didn't understand him. Haley made her feel very special and we all loved her hair cut so much! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I love Janay and our conversations during my nail service. She is very kind and personable! She’s a sweetheart and so pleasant to chat with…..My nails always look beautiful and I’m always in a great mood when I leave the salon. I love the environment of the spa and appreciate the timeliness and quality of the work and products.

My stylist, Kayla Miller, "lived up to the brag". She was a consummate, friendly, engaged professional who knew how to apply her expertise to my individual needs, face and hair -- very astute and creative and a sculptor who sees the whole!

The People. Natural Alternatives always has a friendly and inviting staff. The Lady stylist that I have been using, Kim, is like a member of my family. Would not even consider going anywhere else!
