Very helpful the only complaint is they didn’t read the notes. And we requested the box to be saved. And after waiting 10 months for the bike to come in. It was a little disappoint and the I paid 35 dollars for a sign to make up for the box not being saved. But they were helpful putting on the new part we bought when we picked up the box.
