This was our second purchase from your store. We travel over an hour and it is definitely worth it. All of my sons friends now make the trip to purchase their bikes from you. You make every customer feel as if they are the only one instead of the 100th that walked in the door.

I needed a bike repair and the tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repairs were made much more quickly then I expected.

From the first time I walked in the store, each and every person greeted me, I felt like I was the only person in the store, the staff is beyond friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to help you with the purchase of any bike, as well as the service.

I admit, I wasn't real bike savvy 3 months ago when I bought my first bike from BCB. I had lots and lots of questions. They were all answered. In the most professional way. Now 23 bikes later I'm hooked.
