Salon was friendly and service was carefully done.
Being treated by my stylist Brandon in every process. From the most wonderful shampoo, with hot towels, massage and no water down my back. That’s how careful he was. Hand and arm massage to finish. I felt as if I were in one of those high end New York salons that the rich go to. Even though their prices are very fair. I’ve never had my hair look and stay this nice. That’s what getting an expert haircut will mean. Another girl, Alaina highlighted my hair and it is fabulous! After getting some terrible processes by several other salons, I had almost given up hope in finding one worthy of my time and trust. Ruiz Salon is a premier find! I chose the location downtown next to Trader Joes.

From the moment I was greeted with a smile, the way my hairstylist Joshua listened to me during the consultation, the relaxing shampoo with aromatherapy in a quiet cozy separate room, Joshua's attention to detail while giving me a beautiful haircut and the best part was watching his awesome skills as he styled it with brush and hairdryer. I am very happy with the way my hair looks.
Brandon was very attentive and tending to my needs. He was very sweet, kept eye contact and the overall experience was great! It was very personal, not cut and go. Loved it!
From chair to end of visit. The shampoo room is my favorite and the cleanliness and tag team of the artist. Social etiquette is a 10!!!

There are two things that make a trip to the salon very special. The first is your stylist taking the time to listen to you and the second is getting your hair and scalp washed. Brandon spent a lot of time listening to me, asking me questions, helping to refine what it was that I was really wanting. The shampoo room was experiential. Brandons scalp massage was enhanced by the aromatherapy throughout the room. He did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with my haircut and style. How long will it take?
The Place was elegant and the ambience was calming. Joshua G was my stylist and he meticulously cut my hair into a beautiful style. He also gave me a hand massage. He made me feel like a Queen for a Day. Thank You!
