What did you like most about your salon experience?

Kalie was professional, polite and highly experienced as a colorist. I have traveled for most of my life to stay with the same colorist and took a chance. Needless to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. Blonde is a fickle color and I've had more compliments on my color than I know what to do with ever since she did my hair. I booked my next appointment immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting Ruby as well who did my blowout. She was kind, attentive and gave my hair volume it never seems to have. This salon is 10/10 they continue to give above and beyond service with hand massages included in the service and aroma therapy massage with hair washing. When you pay high prices you except to receive treatment such as this but they deliver on all levels every time.

Great experience. Very friendly staff and a pleasant ambience. Eric did a fantastic job of the blow out. It looked nice for several days.

I enjoyed Kit highlighted my hair- it looks AMAZING. And Kit is a wonderful person.

Love the cleanliness and zen environment of the salon. The hot towels are amazing and my stylist/colorist the bomb!! Her name is Ferrence.

Ruiz Salon had excellent products available, but my favorite part was the shampoo and scalp massage. The soothing lighting combined with the attentiveness of they stylist, Kit, made for an enjoyable experience that left me feeling pampered.
