Jason went above and beyond to help me pick my car up after the oil was changed. I’ve recently been diagnosed with cancer and had to leave work,and he made sure I got my car as soon as I could.

Bought a car from the dealership and had a small with the car. Called Don Franklin told them what I thought is was. Asked to carry to GM dealer close by to run the diagnostics on it found problem came and picked up took to there dealership was fixed propompt and car returned to me. Everyone I talked to ar Don Franklin was courteous and knowledgeable and I would recommend every one who needs a car or truck go see Don Franklin CHEVROLET

What do you like about our products and services?

When I call DF I am created with open arms. Not only am I treated with respect but my truck is too. I always have a tag in the window telling me when the next oil change is due. I am not put in front of any body and I don’t expect or want to be; however, I always feel like I am a priority customer and I bet everyone does too. Finally, when I leave DF I don’t have to worry if the caps and tops are on tight or will the wheels stay on, they always have and I have no reason to believe things are fixing to change. I bought Nissans here before it was DF and I am sure I will buy more.

Melinda was very helpful in choosing a vehicle and was never pushy about the sale. There was a question on the door needing to be readjusted and she got right on it and it was fixed at no charge even after the vehicle was purchased. I would buy a vehicle again with Melinda at Don Franklin Glasgow.
