The instructors always offer adaptations for exercises some may not be able to perform.

The instructors are friendly and they make the exercise fun. They don't berate you if you can't do something. They care about your health and when you miss a class they ask how you are when you come back. The classes are fun! Going there for classes has really helped me. When I went on a trip to Europe the strength to walk I had from doing these classes allowed me to walk much further than I had been able to before. The walking was done over cobblestone, gravel paths and up and down hills and stairs. The fellow members in the class become your friends. You care about them when they have problems.

The classes and activities are geared to older adults. They are challenging yet fun to participate in. The programs also promote social interaction. Great place.

Everyone is so nice there
My one suggestion is adding more lane ropes for lap swimmers. The pool is designed for 6 lanes and having only one is not enough. I understand water walkers but there are also plenty of lap swimmers who want the aerobic exercise with out having to zig zag among people.
