What do you like about our programs and activities?

There is something for everyone. No matter what you want to do. Socialize or exercise. Fitness programs at every level. Help when you need it. New friends to be made. I really like that everyone is in the same age group. No intimidation by people there, trying to be better than anyone else. Just people trying to keep moving and do their best.

Peggy’s silver sneakers class and her chair aerobic class. Fun class no pressure, but movement and balance which I wanted.

Great variety. Would like to see hours extended a bit. An a tea hour later during the week - for those that are still working. And some Sunday hours.
