There is a great mix of group fitness classes offered at Twin Rivers, even though it's such a small Y. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Staff is friendly and courteous. I never had a problem with competing with others for work out time and space.
Relaxed atmosphere, class size
The offering selection is fantastic. Whatever exercise you are looking for it can probably be found at a local YMCA.

Pool
Very good Silver Sneekers program. It is very helpful to us older adults to keep us moving. Wonderful teachers!
I have just used the weight and cardio room and are very happy with that and the hours that it is open. My wife has used the pool and says it is great.

Pool was great for my 3 & 5 year old. We loved the small slide. Would like yo see updates on pool bottom/floor, my husband got a bit scrapped up.
The clauses are fun and very convenient. Most of the classes are offered on a daily basis and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly!
The valley YMCA has a lot of different machines to work on the facility is clean and the people who work there are friendly
