Ms Renee is so patient and great with the kids. We gladly drive out to valley even though the other ymcas are closer just so she can teach our son how to swim.
I love how the instructor is so patient with my child even though it seems to be a tough task to do. I like how each one of my 5 children has something they can do at the y . And how swim has brought so much confidence to my youngest son .
The coaches and refs are great - very good with the kids. They make it fun while teaching the kids new skills.

The pool water is nice and warm and inviting. The instructors are very good about telling you what parts of the body your working and what to do and not to do. You feel welcome to all classes and are told to do as much as you feel comfortable and able to do for your self. I do aquatic arobics and silver sneakers when ever possible.They have a pot luck each month with a guest speaker whichis informative and fun. The Valley Y also keeps me up dated about closings and other events without having Facebook.Thank you
I really enjoy the programs/ classes that are offered after 5 pm. Makes it easy for people who can’t attend the morning classes and can still get a workout in.

The pool! Not having to fight for a lane. The lifeguard is very nice! Overall, very nice facility. Westview has become a crowded nightmare.

They have a wide choice of classes, friendly staff, clean facility and the classes are not over crowded. They have many opportunities for those involved in Silver Sneaker classes to get together for coffees/ lunches.
