the staff are friendly and helpful. They have updated equipment. workout areas are crowded and there is no wait time to use equipment.

However, it would be nice to have a scale in the mens lockerroom, and a shower caddy for each shower. Finally, the liquid soap bottles need to be monitored and filled more often.

The facilities are great! Very clean and accommodating. Renee is a fantastic instructor - very patient with the kids and gives very personalized encouragement and praise. I signed our daughter up for the wrong class and Renee immediately got her into the appropriate class. It's only been 3 classes and my daughter has already improved significantly.
I would like to see more classes after work hours

You have everything any age could want. It is clean and maintained. Also the price is right.
I just wish you had open swimmiing before 4:00 pm. Even 3:00 would be helpful to beat the kids.
I can’t say enough how appreciative I am for an affordable option for families to have their children participate in team sports. Even the non membership price is incredibly affordable in comparison to what else is available. Thank you for providing realistic options to the community for our children! 🖤

It’s a good place
This probably doesn't answer your question directly, but what I like about being your customer is the quality and clarity of communication you deliver on such a consistent basis. I can always count on professionalism, positivity, and openness to help - even if I'm asking the same question the last three people probably just asked!
I like the music and trivia by Dennis and music by other instructors as well as explaining what areas of the body you are working . Reminders of water intake and raising and lowering the heart rate. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing old friends.
I love the water aerobics and the family swim times. I haven’t been to any other classes or activities yet.
