I like the water classes and the various wonderful instructors the Y has. I have attendeded several other classes and have found them very enjoyable and relaxing. It is a great place to get in shape and keep tht way.
The Y provides a large variety of programs with well trained instructors. Living in Valley, I am grateful that the facility is so close. Staff is friendly, They provide great kids activities. I only wish the pool was open for longer hours, especially in the summer.
Love the classes and camaraderie! Also a really nice weight room and cardio equipment and pool. The gym and spinning room could use a deep clean though and fresh paint job. Cobwebs and marks on the walls.

Lap swimming and water aquatics classes. Would like to see earlier lap swimming times since I work during day.

I love that the pool is zero entry. It is great for toddlers. I wish that the pool hours were a little different for open swim. Would be nice if the afternoon hours started a little earlier. (Closer to 2:30 or 3PM)
Love using the wellness room and also that it is not crowded. Equipment always seems to be in working order
