I go to Silver Sneakers and enjoy that program very much. I also use the nustep and was one of the reasons I joined the Y. Also you have a weight machine that I can use from my wheelchair.
I can go anytime to work out in the gym and there are always classes available to try to get into shape. The staff at the Sarpy Y are always ready to help with any issues in the building.

The instructors really enjoy their classes and are happy for your progress. Unfortunately there are not enough instructors and support staff so things are not organized.

The Sarpy YMCA is the only one in the area that offers combat body....the instructors are great and it is a really tough workout! I don't mind the 25 minute drive knowing that I will need that whole drive home to stop sweating!
