Could you have a self defense program. Like about 8 years ago ?
I like the classes offered. There are lots of times and options available. Plus the classes are challenging which makes me feel like I got a great workout.
A lot of varieties, and the personnel are friendly.
The instructors for Silver Sneakers are great. The cardio equipment is great. The staff are very nice and friendly. The other participants are nice, too.
It has a number of different activities and equipment to use as well as the friendliness of the staff.
Water exercise
I attend two. Body pump and total body conditioning. Mike is great as an instructor for total body conditioning. I think both classes have a great rapport and are conducted with an inclusive culture.
Love the Aqua Fit classes. Just would like to see a few more options for evenings and possibly Saturday mornings.
Staff is super friendly
The counselors have been great. We like the different activities planned. They have done a good job this year. kudos to the staff and counselors.
I go to the exercise silver sneakers glasses on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I enjoy those very much. also go to the water Zumba on Wednesday sometimes. Michelle is in charge of the activities and she does a good job.

Great programs and instructors
My kiddos love the outdoor activities and swimming that is offered. They also like the option of downtime activities like legos or drawing if they need to take a break from sports. Overall, really nice camp!
My daughter enjoyed the camp, especially the swimming and the counselors.
