I regularly participate in a yoga class led by Linda Carpenter. It’s great. It’s making me more healthy and flexible. The front desk staff are always cheery and helpful.

Very convenient for me. Location is good, classes are convenient, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I work out three times a week in the weight rooms. It would be nice if the broken machines would be fixed on a timely basis. Chest press machine in particular!

I've only used the pool but I love the hours for lap swim. The pool area is quiet and I don't feel like I'm taking a lane from a serious swimmer

I like that every day there is a 45 minute class that I can attend for my age and fitness level, and they are at a convenient time.

I enjoy silver sneakers and body pump. I want to take advantage of the pool but I haven’t done that yet.
