Courts for handball and racquetball !
Trying the new Buena Vista Location. It was easy to join and work with the very helpful and friendly staff. I joined to become stronger from back surgery, stronger bones and increase my core balance. The EGYM has offered a great solution to get me on the right track. I have been adding cardio equipment. Hoping soon to add the MX class to my rotation.
I like the variety of programs and classes that are offered. Everyone should be able to find something that works for them.
We need more morning classes. Like pilates

I've neen a member since 2007 and I've njoyed all my years it help me get back on track with my fitness I've met so many wonderful ppl and have njoyed many classes the YMCA has to offer so I'd definitely recommend the downtown YMCA as a place to help you get started on the right track.

I love the Silver Sneakers and Balance classes with Hailey and Dan. I have lost 22 pounds since joining the YMCA.I have made the classes part of my routine. Thank you.
The counselors are wonderful, loving and patient with the children. The schedule provides the campers with structure and with a vast variety of activities, it's never mundane. I also appreciate the system developed for the campers that hold them accountable for their actions/behavior that is appropriate for each age level.
The hours, the activities, the price, the staff.
My son loved all of the different activities. There was a great mix of physical, crafty, stem, etc. activities to keep him entertained. He loved going to different places in downtown, and the weekly field trips. His favorite was the daily swimming!
I work out there and I'm gonna take up swimming sometime.
I like the availability of the lap swimming. Although many times there are more people to swim than lanes available. Need to figure out times that are not so crowded. Is there a way to publish
the average number of swimmers at each half hour time interval.
My Daughter has enjoyed going and wants to go back next year.

Christian does an amazing job organizing many different activities and keeping the kids busy. I also appreciate the library time and reading time. The camp mixes in physical activities with lots of learning time to keep kids tired and still engaged in learning throughout the summer. The staff are excited to see the kids every morning and they look like they truly enjoy being there. That is a big difference from other camps our kids have attended. We will definitely be back next summer!!
Our son loved the YMCA camp, we only signed up for a week as we've never done a camp before (he just finished Kindergarten) but we'll definitely do more next year. Every day he was excited to tell us about all of the activities.
Daily swimming, different activities every week, good structure, variety of fun and learning, good space for the kids to move their bodies.
The Downtown Y staff have been amazing. Great programming and opportunities for our kiddos!
This is our kids' first year at the downtown ymca summer camp and they are OBSESSED!!! The staff is phenomenal!!! Christian is WAY sweet and does a great job managing the program! They keep the kids busy with fun and exciting activities. I will be signing them up again next summer. You know it's a great program when the kids beg to go to camp.
