I like the selection and times of classes. The only thing I haven’t liked is seeing the child watch people on certain evenings not engaging with children and just sitting on the counters talking to each other
I love my YMCA. I use the Evolt system and work with Rob Gilbert every other month to see if any adjustments need to be made in my exercise routine. I'm 83 and an conscious of the fact that exercise is important to me. I want to keep it up as long as I can.
Every trainer at the YMCA is helpful. I have consulted with Jill, Kaylee and Kelsey at times and they are always willing to take time with me.
The entire staff at my YMCA is friendly and I really appreciate it.

Nice zero entry pool with good open swim hours.
I am my son’s legal guardian; he has an intellectual disability. I appreciate the fact that he can come with a companion and stay active and fit while surrounded by his community members. Thank you!!

I like the aqua classes because it’s much easier on your joints.
We love the pool. My only comment is the chlorine seems excessively high!!!

Variety
The wide variety of fitness classes for multiple interests and abilities. All instructors are very knowledgeable and welcoming.
The Armbrust YMCA is a real community. I feel welcome, included, encouraged, seen and heard by staff and members.
