Your efforts to engage seniors are outstanding. My husband and I try to come to a class every day. They are all helpful in keeping us safe and healthy.
I love the instructors! Every one of them is amazing! They are so knowledgeable, encouraging and fun!! They are each able to help adapt the exercises to allow everyone to participate and grow at their own rate, safely! I would recommend the Armbrust ZYMCA to everyone!

The staff is really friendly. Classes are fun, well attended and upbeat. The only negative is the size. Need more workout space AND gym space. Would also like to have music in the weight/machine room.

I use the pool and it is always clean!! Lifeguards are always walking around to check things! I like that!!
