We love Downeast Energy!! never a problem. The only complaint I could have is the way you cannot use a credit balance if you are on auto pay. You have to cancel Auto pay, then they will use your credit balance. Then you have to call them back and put your Auto pay back on.

We've had good service over several decades with Downeast Energy. We have a service contract and prebuy our oil. We enjoy knowing that we are well taken care of.
Annual boiler cleaning and oil delivery are automatic. I don't have to keep track of oil tank quantity.
