Also the staff and class instructors are so accomodating, friendly and welcoming that it makes you look forward to going there.

Friendly, welcoming staff that are knowledgable about programs. Instructors are good and seem to be patient with new members of varying levels of fitness. Facility is clean and there are lots of options available. Good place to get back in shape !

It's a wonderful source for activities and relevant classes for a very reasonable price. I have been a fan for a long time. My son went to camp too when he was younger! And, the Silver Sneakers programs for seniors are great! Highly recommend!

The child watch is the best part. I can get a workout in without worrying if my kids are safe and secure. Also parents night out is almost enough reason itself for the membership.
