I am taking the Fit Mix class with Izzy at the Mt Clemens Y. It’s a great class for many reasons. Not only does Izzy challenge us while making sure we are doing exercises correctly but she is also friendly and welcoming.

Years ago, I took my daughter there when she was seven for ballet lessons. In later years, we joined and went together, my daughter volunteered a lot. She is now 33. Recently I found myself going to Physical therapy there. I didn’t know the place existed. I was told about silver sneakers and joined. I like the atmosphere and the way they redesigned the facility.
