Aerobic swim classes
I enjoy the classes I take with Cheryl and Kristen. They are both great instructors and make exercising fun. Also, I am always warmly greeted by staff members Wayne, Megan, and Krista. They are the best!

I love water aerobics and swimming
It’s the best place for water aerobics!!! Most gyms don’t compare to the Y. The Y offers plenty of classes where other places Might offer 1. I’m not kidding!!!

I really enjoy the water aerobics classes. Each of the leaders are very experienced, have a good personality, and love the water exercises as much as the classmates!
We absolutely LOVED Ms. Kris!! She is so good with the kids. Her management of various ages is wonderful, all while clearly teaching swimming and all that goes with it.
What a well run class! We hope Ms. Kris will continue on to levels 2/3.
