Clean facility good people
Silver Sneakers classes. But more sessions are needed. They are very popular because they are well-taught & and beneficial to seniors across the spectrum. On the 1st day of registration, the sessions are full. This is a real problem that needs to be addressed.

I’m usually there after the morning crowd and out before the afternoon crowds. It’s the perfect time for me. I can use any equipment without a wait, which is very good thing.
We love the Farmington YMCA. While it is not perfect, it is a great place for us to work out and spend some free time. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the locker rooms are clean and well lit. The machines in the fitness center are in good working order, and there are enough of them so that there is never a wait to use them. We highly recommend joining the Farmington YMCA.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My cat, Buddy stayed 10 days with them while I was on vacation and he was well taken care of. They were very good with him.

Clean, professionally run. Difficulty finding lifeguards, but improved now.
