The instructor for the Easy Does It Aqua exercise class on M, W, and Fs at 8am in the therapeutic pool is what I like best about my Y experience. Lisa is knowledgeable, welcoming and a fantastic instructor.

The water aerobic classes are wonderful. Also that I'm not confined to one ymca I can go to any SE Michigan ymca and find classes that meets at a time right for me

the Active Senior instructors know what they teach! They can and do explain how to do an exercise and why the exercise is beneficial!!!!

Lisa is an excellent teacher for the aqua fitness. I also think the teachers for “dance aerobics” (the twins) are excellent as well.
I have belonged to the Farmington Y since 1991 and was on the board for MANY years. There have always been some challenges with the custodial staff, but the group that has been working here most recently have been fabulous. The Y looks GREAT.
