The Farmington Y is conveniently located, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facility is kept clean. I enjoy the wellness group classes, especially the ones taught by Lyn. She is an exceptional instructor.

I picked up Total Body Conditioning on Monday mornings and I really enjoy it! Alyssa gives you adjustments if you need it and she is very encouraging. It is a great addition to my fitness goals and very welcoming to all fitness levels. The community of participants is welcoming and supportive. Thank you for adding this class!

Aqua Deep taught by Lisa is my favorite class and something I look forward to every week. She does an amazing job of a full body work out that you can adjust to your level and comfort. Lisa changes it up so it is always engaging. She answers all our questions and the community of participants is supportive and kind. I can't imagine a week without it!

The Farmington Y is totally welcoming to all. I love the programs offered for seniors and have become friendly with many of the participants of these classes. The physical improvements in the building have been tastefully done.

The indoor track provides me with the opportunity to walk all year round.

I go to the Easy does it pool therapy class. the teacher is Great. I come with a friend to the class she was already going to it. it's a nice class I am really glad I joined.

I like the active older adult classes. I wish they would return a 5 day per week calendar of classes at 11 am and 12 noon.
