I love taking the water exercise classes. The pool is so nice. I love the walking track as well. The machines are great too. The front staff are wonderful and so friendly.
The Y has a a great staff. With people like Jamie and Barb as greeters, the tone is immediately set. The people who come the Y are also so nice and willing to help each other.
i like the classes that are offered, active older adults and sumba. Also the instructor for those classes are very good

The southgate ymca is close by. Has convenient hours for the water aerobics plus a indoor track with exercise equipment for added convenience. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My husband and I enjoy ourselves there and feel very welcomed...

Variety of exercise options
We use the track & we’re really enjoying our walks. We both got sick & were unable to return for awhile. We just returned & found out our membership will be discontinued in January. We are very disappointed & will not be able to return after the new year. Everyone is very friendly. We also were enjoying the chair class twice a week. Every Tuesday & Thursday, the instructor is great & really makes the class enjoyable.

My child was most importantly safe, he enjoys the time he spends at the Y and he is encouraged to join in and participate. His time here is spent being creative and also burning so much energy. He looks forward to our trips to the Y. Fun days for kids, art, gym, swim, basketball and so many other classes and events to attend in one fun filled stop. We can’t say enough about our time here.
