As a Retired person, the Y's facility is great for me to get a workout each day. The available Equipment is all excellent for whatever level of workout that I wish to do. Staff is always pleasant and helpful with any questions that I have had regarding the facilities.
I have been very pleased so far. I have gone a dew different times of the day and have always been able to do the workout of my choice. The staff have been friendly. I would highly recommend the YMCA. I wish there was still the option for Silver Sneakers program as I have a few people who would be interested.
The swimming classes are great!
Everyone is friendly. The building is clean, and it's senior friendly
I can work at my own pace. I am around people my own age. The Y offers different things to prevent boredom.
I like the group classes. And everyone does their part to wipe down the equipment after use. The greeters are so helpful with questions.
