I am part of the Livestrong cancer survivor class. It has been a wonderful experience primarily due to Rebecca the personal trainer that runs the classes. She does a remarkable job tailoring the classes to the abilities of a diverse group of people with varied physical abilities. I would highly recommend the class and the facility to others. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful
