We had two service techs to come to our home. Only one really talked I think the other was in training. They were very knowledgeable about the root cause of our issue. Only thing is the main service tech talking about how our bathroom was laid out with the toilet next to the tub or something to that nature and I thought that was off putting. But other than that very professional
