I always have been satisfied with the on site technician's courteous and professional service, however, that was not so for the Billing Department. Mr. Brigman contacted me about identifying and voicing my billing issues. He listened quickly engineered a mutually satisfactory resolution of my billing issues. I intend to use Northwest's service in the future, as well as, recommend Northwest Exterminating to all.
