I DON'T like it when I am not contacted by the scheduling team. I have had several instances where Keith Neal calls me to say he's en route to treat my house and I was not aware of an appointment with Northwest. And every time I call to reschedule, I am assured that a note will be put in the system so that the schedulers will know to CALL me and not just rely on alternate contact methods. But nothing changes - I am still surprised by unexpected calls for appointments I didn't know I had.
