Nonintrusive and I can always be assured that the job will be done. My service man, Rabbit, is always willing to help me if I need him to.
My exterminator calls ahead to remind me he is on the way. When he arrives, he rings my doorbell to let me know he is here. He is very polite, friendly and he explains what he is doing and how it will help me. He answers my questions and always reminds me to call with any concerns or if any new problems occur.
And when I come into the office to pay my bill, the ladies are friendly, courteous, and helpful.
The insects seem to be growing in number, but your employees all work to keep me assured that Sawyer is always on the job, and that is a big load off my mind.
