I stay with Northwest really for only one reason - your technicians. For years, we had Ken in Brentwood. What a good man and great employee. When he sadly needed to step away, we thought we might too but wanted to give it a chance. Enter Doug.....he's fantastic. Whatever you pay him, it's not enough. He cares, he's thorough, he's pleasant and he's knowledgeable. He - single-handedly - is the reason I sent NW money every month. I have so many other choices, but only one Doug.

The only negative I need to add is your lack of a company website to look over our account and pay our bill on line.
