Northwest exterminating is very responsive to queries and requests. Their office staff are personable but very professional. The field tech is wonderful about letting us know when he is on the way so we can ensure our dog won’t be outside to get out of the fence. He always emails a detailed report of what treatment he did and/or found. We feel confident our home is protected from termites snd since using the pet and pollinator safe mosquito traps we have had almost no mosquitoes bother us any more.
