This was our first service. They were a little late, but I was very impressed, and appreciated the politeness and the explanations.
I have 2 thoughts/questions. First, they came out Thursday. There was plenty of time for the applications to dry but that night it rained so hard and long that I wonder if effectiveness might be impacted. Second, I know you pride yourselves on being "green," and that's not a bad thing. My overall impression of "green" efforts, however, is that they are more expensive and less effective than traditional applications. Your thoughts on that?

Northwest does a great job with pest control but this time when they came out, I wasn’t home. The technician realized my sump pump was running and not pumping water. He turned it off to prevent a potential fire hazard and called to let me know. He then offered to schedule one of their technicians to come and check it out. i declined since I had already scheduled a plumber to do something else at my house the next day and he could install a new pump while there. I’m so thankful Northwest’s tech went above and beyond what he was there for!
