We just started pest control with Northwest, after already using them for termite control and so far so good, we had a great experience with Rafael, the gentleman who came out for our first treatment. He took the time to explain every step of the process, including telling us what he was using, where and why. We learned a couple things about pests and we are hopeful that we will never see one again in our home.
