Always call and let me work out a day and time first. Do not schedule my appointment, then call and tell me when it is. This time I was available on the day chosen, but that is not always the case. Since I have extermination inside and outside, I have to be home when the exterminator comes, I don't leave doors unlocked when I leave home.

Our service guys have all been very polite and helpful. We live surrounded by woods and we battle mice. One visit they took the vent off by the dishwasher to check if it was an entry point. IT WAS!! So additional trap was set and our mice problem has improved.
